HEALTHY Double Choc Chip Cookies!

These are a delicious and decadent treat for the family and the gut! Full of protein, fibre, good fats and other essential nutrients, this will make the kids happy, and you can be happy knowing it's good for them. Make double so you have enough for yourself!

Ingredients

1 can chickpeas

1 can black beans

1.5 cups whole gluten free oats

2 brown bananas

½ cup ground flax seed

4 large tbsp cacao powder

1 tbsp Truvia (or to taste)

100g dark chocolate chips

1 tsp baking powder

1 pinch salt

Process

Blend the chickpeas and black beans together in a Magimix for one minute. Add the bananas, blend, add oats, blend, flaxseed, blend. Add in the cacao, Truvia, baking powder and salt. Loosen up with a few tbsp of your choice of milk, if necessary. Stir the chocolate chips in then pop in a preheated oven at 220 for 20-25 mins. Keep an eye on them, they will 'go missing'
